My Day Job
When their manager warns of a mystery shopper, two café waitresses bend over backwards to survive an impossibly demanding customer.
Overview
When café manager Derek warns his two waitresses they’ll be mystery-shopped, Tessa and Abby brace for disaster. An eccentric customer’s absurd demands — vegan bacon and eggs, French sparkling water, the time in Japan — push them to breaking point. Tessa throws him out, only to learn he’s Derek’s old friend, just as the real inspector arrives.
